During the days I spent in Poland, I had the opportunity to take part in an Erasmus project focused on artificial intelligence and mental health. The project took place in the small town of Sizhów Duży, where we were hosted in a beautiful complex that looked like a castle, surrounded by nature, peace, and a touch of winter magic.

The accommodation itself felt like an experience. Every day we enjoyed delicious traditional Polish food served in a large dining hall with tall windows overlooking snow-covered trees. Many evenings were spent by the fireplace, watching the flames and sharing stories.

The workshops were diverse and engaging. I learned about artificial intelligence, its applications, and the different ways it can influence mental health , an incredibly important topic in today’s world. Still, the sessions dedicated to mental health were my personal favorites. Through conversations, drawing, and creative exercises, I had the chance to express emotions, connect with others, and understand myself better. One of the most memorable activities was a deep-connection workshop, where we looked into each other’s eyes and learned what it means to truly “see” another person.
Each day ended with reflection groups, where we shared our thoughts, discussed our challenges, and gave feedback. Thanks to these reflections, the program kept evolving and improving throughout the week.

I met many inspiring people from different countries. During the intercultural night, we danced traditional dances, tried foods and drinks from various cultures, and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of the group. Our evenings were filled with games, music, and long conversations that brought us even closer together.

Throughout the trip, we also visited several Polish cities. The country completely won me over with its beauty. After everything I experienced, I know I would love to return someday.
Overall, this Erasmus experience was incredibly valuable for me. I gained new perspectives, knowledge, and skills, but also beautiful friendships and memories that I will carry with me for a long time.
