emotivne, kognitivne i motivacione faktore koji stoje u njenoj osnovi.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-568\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>U\u010desnici su imali priliku da:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>prepoznaju sopstvene obrasce prokrastinacije i situacije u kojima se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e javlja,<\/li>\n<li>razumeju vezu izme\u0111u straha od neuspeha, perfekcionizma i odlaganja,<\/li>\n<li>sagledaju kako izbegavanje neprijatnih emocija odr\u017eava prokrastinaciju,<\/li>\n<li>nau\u010de prakti\u010dne strategije za pokretanje i odr\u017eavanje motivacije (razbijanje zadataka, realni ciljevi, samopodr\u0161ka).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Radionica je bila interaktivna, sa primerima iz svakodnevnog i profesionalnog \u017eivota, \u0161to je omogu\u0107ilo u\u010desnicima da teorijska znanja pove\u017eu sa li\u010dnim iskustvom.<\/p>\n<p>Na kraju radionice, u\u010desnici su istakli da su dobili jasniji uvid u razloge svog odlaganja, kao i konkretne alate za postepeno preuzimanje kontrole nad obavezama, bez pritiska i
